By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to strictly adhere to this policy. Failure to comply with any section of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without a refund.

Prohibited System & Network Abuse

You are strictly prohibited from using CoinsHoster’s network or servers to compromise security, tamper with system resources, or interfere with other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

    • DDoS & Network Attacks: Initiating, participating in, or harboring command-and-control servers for Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, network floods, or ARP spoofing.

    • Malware & Virus Distribution: Hosting, uploading, or linking to viruses, trojans, keyloggers, ransomware, rootkits, or any malicious code.

    • Phishing & Fraud: Creating websites designed to deceive users into disclosing sensitive information (such as credit cards, passwords, or crypto private keys) or running fraudulent schemes.

    • Unauthorized Access: Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, brute-force login attempts, or unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.

Prohibited Content

CoinsHoster respects user privacy, but our infrastructure CANNOT be used to host or distribute content that is illegal or harmful. The following content is strictly forbidden on our servers:

    • Copyright Infringement (DMCA): Hosting or sharing pirated software, cracked apps, unauthorized copyrighted movies/music, or torrent trackers.

    • Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSAM): Any form of child abuse material or links to such content will result in immediate service termination and report to appropriate authorities.

    • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, terrorism, violence against individuals/groups, or illegal acts.

    • Illegal Financial Schemes: Unauthorized Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or illegal high-yield investment programs (HYIP).

Email & Anti-Spam Policy

CoinsHoster maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy against unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) and email abuse:

    • Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE/UCE): Sending unrequested commercial emails or spamming to mailing lists without verified double opt-in consent is strictly prohibited.

    • IP Blacklisting: If your mail-sending activities cause any CoinsHoster server IP addresses to be listed on major blacklists (such as Spamhaus, SORBS, or Barracuda), your account will be suspended immediately.

    • Open Relays & Mail Proxies: Operating open mail relays, open proxies, or compromised mail scripts is strictly forbidden.

Shared Hosting Resource Usage

To ensure consistent performance for all customers on shared hosting infrastructure, users must comply with fair resource limits:

    • Resource Hogging: Shared hosting accounts may not consume excessive CPU, RAM, or I/O resources for sustained periods.

    • Prohibited Shared Server Scripts: Running continuous background daemons, heavy web crawlers/scrapers, cryptocurrency mining scripts (e.g., Monero miners), or public file-sharing mirrors on shared hosting plans is not allowed.

Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

    • Monitoring & Investigation: CoinsHoster reserves the right to investigate potential violations of this policy upon receiving abuse reports, network security alerts, or complaints.

    • Immediate Action: If a violation is confirmed, CoinsHoster reserves the right to suspend or terminate the offending account, terminate running processes, or remove infringing content immediately without prior notice.

    • No Refunds: Accounts suspended or terminated due to AUP violations forfeit all rights to a refund.

Reporting Abuse

If you discover any abuse, illegal content, or security violations originating from CoinsHoster’s network or IP addresses, please report it immediately to our Security & Abuse Department:
