Payments, Renewals & Crypto Currency Terms

  • Payment Methods: CoinsHoster accepts payments primarily in Cryptocurrencies (including BTC, USDT, ETH, LTC, SOL, and other supported coins) as well as conventional payment methods where available.

  • Crypto Volatility: All prices listed on our website are denominated in USD. Cryptocurrency payments are processed based on the real-time exchange rate at the moment of checkout.

  • Renewal Fees: Services renew at standard rates unless canceled prior to the renewal date. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure payments are sent with sufficient network/gas fees to clear on time.

  • Overdue Payments: Failure to pay renewal invoices on time may result in automatic service suspension and eventual termination/deletion of server data.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited Activities

CoinsHoster maintains a strict policy against server abuse. You agree NOT to use our hosting services for:

  • Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing illegal materials, copyright-infringing content (DMCA violations), or counterfeit goods.

  • Malicious Activity: Phishing, malware/virus distribution, botnets, network scanning, or conducting outbound DDoS attacks.

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) or hosting spam-advertised sites.

  • Resource Abuse: Excessive resource utilization (CPU, RAM, I/O) that impairs server stability for other hosted users on shared infrastructure.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

  • Uptime Target: CoinsHoster strives to maintain a 99.9% network uptime commitment for all shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers.

  • Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance, emergency hardware repairs, or external network provider outages are excluded from uptime calculations.

Backups & Data Responsibility

  • User Responsibility: While CoinsHoster performs routine automated backups for select hosting plans, you are solely responsible for keeping your own offsite backups of your website content, databases, and emails.

  • Data Loss Disclaimer: CoinsHoster is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, user error, account termination, or unforeseen technical failures.

Suspension and Termination

  • Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice or refund if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in illegal activities on our network.

  • Cancellation by User: You may request cancellation of your services at any time via your account dashboard or support ticket.

Limitation of Liability
